Refund Policy
We, Ostrich2u platform introduces Consumer Refund Policy in order to provide
customer satisfaction Since 1 March 2022. At the same time, it will build a Trusted
Brand Name and Relationship with Merchant. Ostrich2u Platform will make refunds to
Merchant-Consumers on behalf of Ostrich-Merchant for a variety of reasons as stated in
the table below
Food Received is overcooked , and possibly to consumable
Item Received by Merchant-Consumer was different from what ordered.
Item or Food ordered was missing, and MerchantConsumer no received / partly received the Food ordered.
- Food poisoning resulting in death during, immediately after or in the days after consumption of food delivered by Ostrich Food Delivery.
- Multiple food poisoning incidents involving the same merchant
within 24 hours, leading to hospitalization and/or clinical visits
- Food or Items received by Merchant-Consumer after its
expiration date stated on the product - Food or Items received by Merchant-Consumer shows the
food smelly or difference in texture
Item has cracks, rips or leaks
